Autostrada del sole A1 exit Chiusi – Chianciano.
Proceed to Chiusi and continue, then 10 km. before Castiglione del lago turn left to Villastrada and at the cross road after the village take the first turn on the right to the country road towards Sanfatucchio: the farmhouse is on the left.

Get off the train at CHIUSI-CHIANCIANO TERME station. Here you can hire car.
Use the Sant’Egidio REGIONAL AIRPORT (Perugia), which offers several flights per week or ROME (FIUMICINO) INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, continue by train as above .
